How do I place an order online?

Ordering on www.bilingual.com.au is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your shopping bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes you can order without registering an account but will be unable to review your order history &/or progress online .

What is your returns policy?

Bilingual's returns policy is available within the Terms & Conditions. We strive to satisfy all customers and will work with you to resolve any issues.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most of our pieces are made to order and the lead times vary. Please refer to our product details page. Once your order is ready to ship, the parcel will generally arrive within 5 working days within capital city metropolitan areas. International orders will take longer & we will advise you via email once an order is placed.

Can Bilingual help me create my own custom-designed ring?

We welcome all enquiries and can assist in creating a jewellery piece especially for you. We will work with you to make your design come to life. See the Custom section on our full website for further details. Or simply fill in the contact us form advising your ideas & requirements and we will be in touch.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bilingual accepts all PayPal methods including credit/debit card, electronic funds transfer & cheque. Please see our Terms and Conditions page for full details.

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

You do not require a PayPal account to complete your payment. By simply clicking the link "Don't have a PayPal account option" you are able to complete credit/debit card payments.

Where are Bilingual Products made?

All All Bilingual products are proudly handmade & hand-finished in Australia.

How do I know my size (or someone else's size) to order a ring?
