Custom Diamond Pendant

A thoughtful mother had this white gold pendant custom made for her daughter's birthday. Born on the 1st of March, the pendant has adopted a leaf pattern to reference the Autumn time of year. The diamonds were reused from jewellery that mum had inherited.
