How long will my order take to arrive?
Most Bilingual products are custom made, so lead times do apply and do vary. Please refer to the product specific page for details. Once your order is ready to ship, it will generally arrive within 5 working days within capital city metropolitan areas. International orders will take longer & we will advise you via email once an order is placed.

Can Bilingual help me create my own custom-designed piece?
We welcome all enquiries and can assist in creatingajewellery piece especially for you.We will work with you to make your design come to life. See the Custom section of our website for further details. Simply fill in the contact us form advisingyour ideas & requirements and we will contact you.




What payment methods do you accept?
Bilingual accepts all PayPal methods including credit/debit card, electronic funds transfer& cheque.Please see our Terms and Conditions pagefor full details.
Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
Youdo not require a PayPal account to complete your payment. By simply clicking the link "Don't have a PayPal account option" you are able to complete credit/debit card payments.

What if I am buying for a present?
If you are considering buying a gift, why not purchase a gift token so that special person can select a piece to suit their taste. We can also customise a size if required. We accept product exchangefor all our standard products, when purchasing that special gift.
