How do I place an order online?

is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your payment information.

Simply select the custom option and then enter your size within the custom size field. Refer to sizing for further assistance. The custom process normally takes approximately 2 weeks from receipt of payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 24-48hrs and generally arrive within 5 working days within capital city metropolitan areas. International orders will take longer & we will advise you via email once an order is placed.
Can Bilingual help me create my own custom-designed ring?

Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
You do not require a PayPal account to complete your payment. By simply clicking the link "Don't have a PayPal account option" you are able to complete credit/debit card payments.
Do you gift wrap orders?
Yes we do provide gift wrapping, simply add your notes to the Special Request & Comments field when placing your order.

All Bilingual products are handmade & hand-finished in Australia.
